Recipe:
Use your favorite white fish filet, not too thick about a 1-1/4” is good. Place in an oven safe baking dish on top of fresh citrus slices. Top with Poco Loco Salsa.
Bake: Cover and bake at 375 degrees preheated oven 10-12 minutes until done. Serve with Mexican tomatoes, rice and beans.
