Recipe: One of my favorite recipes is preparing baby Back Ribs.
Dry rub ribs overnight (with your favorite dry rub)
Prepare grill for direct heat cooking
Chargrill and mark ribs over high heat for three minutes each side
Place ribs on bed of carrots in deep, oven safe baking pan
Brush JD’s Champion BBQ Sauce on the ribs
Add bottle of Ale (your favorite) (12 oz.)
Cover with foil tightly and braise at 350 degrees for 2-2 ½ hours
“SUCCULENT FALLING-OFF-THE-BONE-RIBS” Serve with more JD’s BBQ sauce.
Accompanied with Cole Slaw baked beans and corn bread.
