Recipe: 2 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin. Marinade with Floribian Tangerine Dressing and Marinade in a Zip bag for 2 hours up to 6 in the refrigerator. Discard marinade after use. Prepare the grill for direct grilling high heat.
Sear on all sides and reduce heat to medium (or move to the cool area) cover and cook to 155 degrees. Let rest before slicing.
Serve with grilled vegetables and a green salad topped with Floribian Tangerine Dressing.
